Individual Promo for DWTS

The individual promo for Esther on Dancing with the Stars is now online. We loved the others but Esther looks great. Can't wait to see the series premiere early next month. Screen captures from the video are also in the gallery. Also, if you live in Australia you can register with Channel 7 to get tickets to one of the live shows and your chance to see Esther dance. Cosmopolitian Fun, Fearless, Female Awards

It's that time of year again, time for the Cosmopolitan Fun, Fearless, Female Awards and voting has just kicked off. Esther is nominated in the TV Actress category alongside her young co-star Tessa James. Last year, Esther won the category and we would love to see her win again this year. To vote for Esther, simply go to HERE and Esther's category is the second last. You can only vote as many times as you like but you must have an AUSTRALIAN address!

WAMCARE Charity Auction

I had a lovely email this morning about a charity that Esther has recently supported and I would like to post some information about it because I think it's truly a great cause and I want to offer my own support. The charity is called WAMCARE and they currently have a charity auction online for the past few months to benefit biomedical ME/CFS research. They have already raised a lot of money by auctioning off signed items from celebrities and Esther was kind enough to donate several fancards and a poster.

You can bid on the last of the Home and Away fancards signed by Esther on EBAY until June 12th by clicking HERE and early next week they will be putting up a poster of the cast of Home and Away which is signed by many of the cast including Esther. So please check out the links especially the charity because it's a wonderful cause and such a great opportunity! We've also added a small banner to the left sidebar under charities so feel free to click that link too! We look forward to seeing the outcome of the charity auction, already we've heard they are doing great!

Extended DWTS Promo

Channel 7 have released a new promo for Dancing with the Stars which now features all the individual performers names. Also, they are starting to air individual promos and we hear Esther has her own commercial to promote the series so look out for it. As soon as we get it, we will upload it. Word is that the series will start the first week of July!

Episode 5091 Screen Captures

Last night's episode screen captures from Home and Away have been added to the gallery. There were a few Charlie scenes and it looks like we have a few more scenes coming up tonight too which is awesome along with maybe more on Wednesday night so finger's crossed. We love having new Charlie scenes.

Various Updates

There have been a few updates over the past few days Esther was down in Geelong yesterday where she popped into her old school, Belmont High School in aid of Back to School Day. She had a tour of the school, met some students and answered a few questions. Here's a small segment from an interview...

Home and Away star Esther Anderson returned to her roots yesterday as she toured Belmont High School. The actress made a whirlwind visit to Geelong to be part of the school's Back to School Day. Anderson said she was shocked at how much the school had changed since she graduated 12 years ago.

"It's great to be back, it is quite unreal to see how much the school has changed," she said. "It's so impressive, it has blown me away. They have a media room which has been decked out in film stuff. I would love to be at the school now. Although I couldn't find my bearings." She said she was shocked to see some of her old teachers at the school. "Back when I was at school they used to be teachers, but they have moved up the ranks and are now assistant principals," Anderson said. "I feelt like I have to be on my best behaviour when I am here otherwise the teachers might tell me off."

Anderson was shocked to see herself in an old year book. "I can't believe I had blonde curly hair. I look so different," she said. "It feels like it was so long ago that I was here." Ms Anderson is busy preparing for Dancing with the Stars which stats in three week's time. "I have been hassling people to go on the show since it has started. I just love it," she said. "Last week I did 20 hours of dancing practice as well as my work for Home and Away.

"I seem to have an endless supply of energy when I am doing things I love." She said she was working hard to get all the dances ready for when the show airs. "We are doing a lot of practice to make sure we are ready, but the dances are quite difficult," Anderson said. "I thought the stuff I did with the Rock Eisteddfod would help, but sometimes I feel like I have two left feet."

Dancing with the Stars promo

Channel 7 have released their first promotional ad for Dancing with the Stars. It looks really cool and Esther is featured towards the end and a few spots in the background but hopefully more footage will become available soon. We've been hearing rumors that it will start to air as soon as Australia's Got Talent wraps up which is rather soon so that's all very exciting!

Just a heads up that updates are going to be a little limited over the next few days as I'm using a different laptop so it's taking a bit getting used to and has different graphic programs then I normally use so just the heads up for ya'll.

Episode 5086 Screen Captures

Screen captures from last night's episode of Home and Away are now in the gallery. There was a fair bit of screen time for Esther although it looks like she won't be on again until later in the week now judging from the previews. Also, lots have been asking about the footage from The Matty Johns Show. I'm working really hard at getting the clips online for you but the audio and videos don't match up so I'm in the process of trying a new program. Hopefully tomorrow we will have it online!
