Home and Away Photoshoot

Looks like the cast of Home and Away have been busy with a new photo shoot. A few new ones had popped up online recently but none featuring Esther so with special thanks to Abby we now have a gorgeous new photo from the shoot of Esther with co-star Luke Jacobz. Hope more pop up soon!

Screen Captures (Episode 5152)

Screen Captures from Tuesday night's episode of Home and Away is now in the gallery. It seems that Charlie was only mentioned in Wednesday night's episode so there aren't any screen captures coming for that but later today I will upload the recent ones from Dancing with the Stars along with the weekly catch up video and some new photos of Esther attending the after party last weekend with the cast of DWTS. Stay tuned!

Screen Captures (Episode 5151)

I've added screen captures from Monday night's episode of Home and Away. It seems that there was a lot of Charlie screen time this week with her appearing not only in Monday's episode but also Tuesday and Wednesday nights too so I will get the other screen captures up really soon too along with some new promotional photos. DWTS Grand Finale

What a wonderful performance from Esther and Brendon in the grand finale of Dancing with the Stars. They re-performed their quickstep routine and looked amazing with all their smiles and it was great to see Esther's parents and sister in audience. We sure will miss their dance performances. What a wonderful competition and many congratulations!

Fashion Photoshoot

As we posted last week, Esther is now the new ambassador for Westfield Doncaster which she also did an exclusive fashion photo shoot for a few weeks ago. We just got one of the gorgeous photos from that photo shoot and wow! She looks stunning. Hopefully we will get other pictures soon because it looks like another great photo shoot. Also, coming later today will be screen captures from new episodes of Home and Away plus the season finale of Dancing with the Stars!

Happy Birthday to Us!

It's been a year since our very first post, back on August 25, 2009 when we first opened the site. Now it’s been 365 days and 227 updates since that first post not to mention over 116, 000 visitors. It's been an incredible journey! We are very thankful for all your support and amazing contributions to the site. It was a fun year, and we’ve loved every second of running Esther Anderson Network.

The past year has been a great one for Esther too, we got to see her tackle some challenging roles on Home and Away not to mention show her dance moves on Dancing with the Stars and she was also named the ambassador for 3 different companies including Westfield Doncaster. Not to mention she appeared on Deal or No Deal and one of her biggest achievements scoring not one but two Logie award nominations.

But 2010 is not over yet, and we are just as excited to see what's coming up if the past year is anything to go by! Thanks to all who have supported the site, we appreciate everything and to celebrate the first year online we have designed a new design and also put up a new gallery design. We hope you like it but the most exciting new feature is a weekly video which will be posted on Fridays's called "Esther Anderson News" and it will recap each week what has happened and been posted on the website. We are excited to launch this new project and special thanks to all the hard work Laura put into creating the video. Check it out...

Esther Fashions New Role

Esther has taken on a new role, she's recently been named Westfield Doncaster's 2010 Racing Ambassador. in this new role she will hold a pre-race meet marquee along with launching new fashions on October 2nd. Television beauty Esther Anderson has been named Westfield Doncaster's 2010 Racing Ambassador. So far it's been an eventful year for Anderson - she got a Gold Logie nod for her role in Home and Away and is a favourite on Dancing wiht the Stars. "I'm honoured to do it. Being a Melbourne girl, and having gone to the races many times, it was really nice to be asked to do this role. I love the races and I love fashion."

As part of her duties for Westfield Doncaster, Anderson will host a pre-race meet marquee on October 2 and launch new fashions at the shopping center. But here was a minor scandal when Anderson appeared drastically underweight and bony during a recent DTWS episode. "It was a bit of a blow to my self-esteem," Anderson said. "You can't please everyone. You get scrutinised with how you look when you're on television."

She argues the physical demands of DWTS meant everyone on the show lost weight. "That picture is deifniately the worst I have looked on the show. But everyone on DWTS is now skinner. Unfortunately, I had less to lose." Asked if she, like most DWTS contestants, had fallen in lust with her dance partner, Brendon Midson, Anderson was coy. "He's incredible, he's sweet," she said.
